Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. What TrustWidget does
TrustWidget is a social proof platform. We let you collect customer testimonials and embed review widgets on your website.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Don't share your password or misrepresent reviews on your store. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Payments
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles taxes, invoicing, and payment disputes. You can cancel anytime - your paid features remain active through the end of the current billing period.
4. Refunds
All paid plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email hello@trustwidget.dev within 30 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. No questions asked, no processing fees, no conditions. Paddle handles refund processing and the money typically appears in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep TrustWidget available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We're a small team shipping improvements regularly. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected issues may cause brief interruptions.
6. Limitation of liability
TrustWidget is provided “as is.” We're not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the service. If something breaks, we'll fix it as quickly as we can.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of TrustWidget after changes means you accept the new terms.
